Coverage:
This warranty applies to all logo mats purchased directly through Rugster and provides a 1-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use. Please note that handmade rugs are excluded from this warranty.

What’s Covered:

  • Material Defects: Any issues related to the mat’s fabric, backing, or edges that affect functionality under standard use.
  • Workmanship Defects: Includes issues such as improper binding, stitching, or construction flaws that affect the mat’s appearance or durability.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual wear from daily use, including minor fading, is considered normal and not covered by this warranty.
  • Misuse or Accidents: Damage resulting from misuse, exposure to extreme conditions, or failure to follow proper care guidelines will void the warranty.
  • Alterations: Any modifications or repairs done outside of [Your Company Name] or an authorized representative may invalidate the warranty.

Claim Process:

  1. Report the Issue: If you notice a defect, please contact us at info@rugster.shop within 30 days of identifying the issue. Provide your order details, a description of the defect, and photos if possible.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will assess the issue. If deemed a warranty-related defect, we will offer either a repair, replacement, or exchange, depending on the situation.
  3. Resolution: Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange the necessary steps for your repair, replacement, or exchange. We aim to resolve all claims within 10 business days after receiving your request.

Additional Information:

  • Warranty Period: The 1-year period begins on the date of purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Rugster will cover shipping fees related to any valid warranty claim within the first year.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover handmade rugs, as each rug is uniquely crafted and may display natural variations in texture, color, and appearance.
